All Blacks Doctor John Mayhew

The University of Auckland is the only university in Aotearoa New Zealand in the top 100.  It is placed at number 82 in the QS World University Rankings 2018.  Past students (alumni) are living proof of the quality of education that they've received as shown in the amazing ways that they've contributed to NZ and the world.

Just like Dr. John Mayhew who is an alumnus of the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences.  He retired in 2004 from the NZ Rugby Union, ending a 15 year career with the All Blacks.  As a young man he played soccer and cricket before switching to rugby.  At present he runs a sports medicine practice at AUT University's Millennium Institute.  He will be one intense and avid spectator in tonight's All Blacks vs. British & Irish Lions 3rd and final test match.
